I worked on projects, focusing on developing and optimizing user interfaces while implementing new functionality.

• MadCurve — I was responsible for both UX and UI design, ensuring seamless, user-friendly, and visually appealing experiences by conducting in-depth UX research, analyzing user needs, performing usability testing, creating information architecture and interactive prototypes, developing visual concepts for web, and enhancing the component library and design system to standardize interface solutions.
• Gazprom — I worked on complex enterprise solutions, optimizing digital tools for internal users by conducting UX research to improve workflows and enhance usability for professionals in the energy sector, designing intuitive dashboards and data visualization tools for analytics, ensuring consistency with corporate brand guidelines and industry best practices.

Both roles required a strong focus on user-centric design, balancing aesthetics with functionality to create efficient and engaging digital experiences.

Across all projects, I focused on usability, business goals, and visual aesthetics.

I led the modernization of the platform, refining its design, introducing new features, and enhancing the user interface to create a more engaging and user-friendly social network. Working closely with the project team, I ensured a seamless implementation that aligned with both user needs and business objectives. Through extensive research, prototyping, and testing, I optimized the user experience, making navigation more intuitive and interactions more fluid. The updated platform not only improved usability but also strengthened brand identity. As a result, user feedback was overwhelmingly positive, leading to increased engagement, higher retention rates, and a more vibrant online community.

My primary objective was to develop a user-friendly business platform that enables companies to offer promotions and discounts to their customers effectively. To achieve this, I designed a new corporate identity that aligned with the platform’s vision, ensuring a cohesive and recognizable brand presence. I also developed the core service for distributing and redeeming coupons, allowing users to easily access and utilize promotional offers. Additionally, I created a personal account system for distributors, streamlining the management of promotions and customer interactions. Through extensive research, iterative design, and close collaboration with stakeholders, the project successfully improved customer engagement.
